Lufthansa debuts second-gen Airspace

AIRBUS’ REVISED single-aisle Airspace Cabin has entered service on board a Lufthansa Airbus A321neo. The two-class, 215-seater, D-AIEK (c/n 10583), is the first to receive the cabin, which has slimmer sidewall panels for extra space at shoulder height and better views, thanks to redesigned window bezels and integrated shades. It has larger overhead bins, improved LED lighting and lavatories with hygienic touchless features and antimicrobial surfaces.
