A revolutionary rod design could be set to change top-end fishing forever.
The rods are made with a brand new space-age material known as graphene, which is one-million times thinner than a human hair and two hundred times stronger than steel. Inverness, Scotland-based angler Scott Mackenzie has
teamed up with space shuttle scientist and Formula one expert Gary Savage, from Oxfordshire, to create the rods for salmon fishing. The benefits for casting could appeal to carp and coarse anglers down the line.
