Darya Klishina: the Russian long jumper is based at IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida, where she’s coached by 2004 Olympic champion Dwight Phillips. The 25-year-old is a former European junior, under-23 and senior indoor gold medallist with a best of 7.05m.
Due to her US links, she could compete in Rio under the Olympic flag, although the IOC suggested this week that clean Russians could compete under the Russian flag.
