AFTER A RECENT DEBATE OVER ‘FREE PRIDE’ IN GLASGOW, ARE DRAG QUEENS OFFENSIVE TO TRANSGENDER WOMEN?
Yes, drag queens OFFEND transsexual woman. I agree with their decision.

Drag queens can be very grating; I’d rather there not be any drag queen performers purely for that reason. But some people do like them, so I think it’s silly to totally exclude them because they might slightly o~ end.

Then what’s the point in Pride? It’s not meant to be inclusive of everyone. We are stronger together. Don’t start putting up barriers and pick who’s acceptable and who’s not. It gives out the wrong signals.
