Georgia-based cargo firm Geo Sky has adorned its pair of venerable Boeing 747-200Fs in a vibrant new livery. This 1987-built jumbo, 4L-GEN (c/n 23735) – initially handed over to British Airways as G-BDXN – was spotted on October 8 at Maastricht in the Netherlands. Before the refreshed look, both 4L-GEN and fellow 34-year-old, Rolls-Royce RB211-powered sistership, 4L-GEO (c/n 23711), were painted in a rather ubiquitous white and grey livery. Geo Sky is one of just a handful of 747-200 operators left globally. According to the airline, the type has a maximum gross payload and range of 231,485lb and 6,145nm, respectively.
