THE Scottish Youth Parliament (SYP) election fortnight kicked off last week and young people across Scotland are being encouraged to vote and make their voices heard.
The SYP is the democratically elected voice of Scotland’s young people. The parliament’s vision is to forge a stronger, more inclusive Scotland that empowers young people by involving them in the decision-making process.
Four candidates are running for election in the Argyll and Bute constituency: Ailie Stew-art, Jamie Murray, Alexander Hardie and David MacKinnon.
