Now they have to ensure that everyone bringing birds to an event can show they have signed up to the DEFRA registration scheme. In classy contrast, our coverbird is a stunning exhibition budgie from the birdroom of the great Daniel Lutolf, and we hear from two lucky budgie men who enjoyed the freedom of Daniel’s stunning collection.
