When Pet Shop Boys started their own record label, Spaghetti, in 1991, they released singles by German Eurodance trio Masterboy and Ignorants, an R&B duo comprised of two PSB backing dancers. Boy George’s theme to The Crying Game was also on Spaghetti.
The label’s only album is this curio by Scottish musician David Cicero, whose offering of a demo to PSB’s PA after their gig in Glasgow was very handily timed. Despite backing vocals from Neil Tennant, keyboards from Chris Lowe and production by PSB on four songs, Future Boy failed to chart in 1993.
