Pin favourite documents and folders to home page
OnlyOffice 9.3.0, released in February 2026, now lets you pin recently opened documents and folders to the home page. Open OnlyOffice and scroll down the home page until you see the ‘Recent files’ heading. Now hover over a file you want to pin and click the pin icon at the far right ( 1 in our screenshot). This will now be pinned at the top of your list. Click the three dots and you’ll see more options, including unpinning and removing from the list 2 . To do the same for recent folders, click ‘Open local file’ 3 .
