AN OBAN man has been sentenced to 32 months in prison for dealing cocaine.
James Adam Richell, 31, a prisoner in HMP Low Moss, admit ted supplying cocaine, a class-A drug, between July 21 and October 21 at 22c Shuna Terrace, Oban.
Procurator fiscal Eoin McGinty told Oban Sheriff Court on December 6: ‘Police received intelligence. A warrant was executed. On walking in they noted the accused was on his hands and knees smoking heroin. He shouted to his wife, “I am going to get five years for this”.’
