ONE AND THE SAME
As living, breathing human beings,
mindfulness provides a window to look inside and become aware of the tiny synchronicities within; to understand and know ourselves better. But, as our practice develops, and we start to notice more, a beautiful evolution of mindfulness practice occurs: connection with the common experience of humanity; the gentle noticing of other people, their feelings, thoughts, plans, goals and fears, and that they are often on the same journey as us.
