Let’s face it, despite the glittering promises in job adverts, work is stressful. OK, I know most off ce jobs aren’t akin to being firefighters or shark tank cleaners, but they do take their toll on us over time. Last year in the UK, 12.5 million working days were lost due to stress, anxiety or depression.

There’s a difference between feeling a little anxious before a big deadline and a daily feeling of hopelessness. When your job is causing you to experience illness and depression, learning to manage your stress simply isn’t enough.
