PETE DOHERTY: A POSTCARD FROM THE EDGE
Pete Doherty was going to reopen Paris' Bataclan a year after the murderous attack on it, but Sting nipped in there at the last minute. So instead, Doherty holed up in an Agentinian hotel room, kicked his heroin habit and returned for the venue's second and third shows, blowing Sting from all present's memory. Sylivia Patterson spends two nights with Doherty discussing remembrance, violence, heroin, cocaine, detox, money, love, music, his collection of crack pipes, Amy Winehouse, The Rolling Stones and every point in-between.
