Monday
I like to start my Monday with gentle practices that help to set me up for the week ahead. I’ll usually get up early, maybe go to a café and then sit with a coffee and my diary, and get a feel for what lies ahead. I might make overnight oats on Sunday and take them with me, or pick up a smoothie bowl. I’ll get some admin out of the way before yoga, when I will usually head back home and make a salad, or buddha bowl of whatever is letover in the fridge. Then I’ll work at home, before heading back out to teach in the afternoon and evening.
