DELONG, THE LITTLE PRINCE

With 21 starters, the Micro Rok has obtained direct entry into the “club” of the most entertaining categories of the event. After a very tight qualifying, Matias Orjuela takes pole, with Gafrarar and White behind him. The Friday of direct matches awarded Caleb Gafrarar, the most consistent, who won first place. The American already protagonist of previous winter events conirms his top form with two victories and two second places. In second and third place, the couple Orjuela - Delong. Starting with the initial leadership of Gafrarar, the head of the race will change five more times, the “roulette wheel” then stopping on the name of Parker Delong. An authentic outsider, the American took home the win and title of RIO Micro Rok Champion 2018, gaining two positions. Detached by only one tenth was second-placed Caleb Gafrarar, once again among the absolute protagonists and heading to the Mini or Rok. Bronze medal for the Brazilian Bernardo Gentil.
