Let’s see what the fact that the period of “rest” in the winter season is increasingly limited, now in the order of one month, entails.

Once upon a time there was winter …Yeah, and now there are not even half seasons, and so on, you will answer. In reality we would like to talk about how the winter season is synonymous with the stop of races with karts, to be more precise. The fact is that while the agonistic season has gradually lengthened, the rest period has become increasingly limited. And we do not even talk about just “any” races that a kartist can decide to do or not depending on how he feels at that time, but rather events in some way titled and that then force you more to participate. Suffice to say that the last “important” race of 2018 was on December 16th at Arce (the National Aci Trophy), which was followed by others of a regional nature until December 30th, while 2019 has started already on January 27th at Adria (with the WSK Champions Cup). In short, more or less a month of pause, since in any case you cannot go racing without first having tested, and in fact the weekend before the race the track in the Polesine had already been full since Thursday.
