WHAT IS PROPRIOCEPTION, SPEED AND AGILITY?
Proprioception is your body’s ability to know where your joints are and how to react when their position changes. Speed refers to how fast a muscle can contract and relax. Agility is the ability to move quickly. When your body is aware of its position it’s easier to move faster, improving running speed and reducing your risk of falling
