Write it out
To discover what’s causing your feelings of loneliness, try keeping a journal, writing down the thoughts that come up when you’re finding things hard. Read through it each time you find yourself struggling and notice any patterns or themes that emerge. You could also write yourself a love letter where you reminisce about times when you’ve helped others, taken a leap of courage or achieved something. It’ll help you recognise yourself as the amazing, kind person you are.
