EE CHATBOT ANSWERS 60,000 QUERIES A WEEK
BT says its AI chatbot Aimee, available on the EE app, is now handling up to 60,000 questions a week from customers, more than double the number of two years ago. The company said this is freeing up human support teams to work on “more complex issues”, and has a success rate “approaching 50%” for some queries.
