1 BODYWEIGHT FAT BURN
This four-move HIIT drill can be done anywhere at any time – although it’s best not to attempt it straight after your trip to the all-youcan-eat buffet. Your best bet is to do it first thing on an empty stomach to prime your body to burn more fat, then finish it off with a few lengths in the pool (after a quick shower, obviously).
1. BODYWEIGHT LUNGE
Reps 10 each side
Take a big step forwards and bend both knees until they are at 90°, then push back up.

2. BODYWEIGHT SQUAT
Reps 20
Lower until your thighs are parallel to the floor.
3. JUMP LUNGE
Reps 5 each side Lunge, then jump up.
