OPENING TIMES

SATURDAY: 9.00am – 6:00pm

SUNDAY: 9.00am – 5:00pm

BUS SERVICE

A FREE shuttle bus service will be running between Alexandra Palace railway station, Wood Green underground and Alexandra Palace.

Sat: 8.30am – 6.15pm

Sun: 8.30am – 5.15pm

CASH

A cash machine is available in Palm Court (main entrance foyer).

CATERING

There are a variety of food outlets situated around the perimeter of the Great Hall, as well as a food area in the Palace Suite.

ACCESSIBILITY

There is full accessible access around the venue, with the exhibition all located on the ground floor.

DOGS

No dogs permitted apart from official guide dogs.

FIRST AID

If you require first aid, please contact the medical centre situated adjacent to the marble vestibule between the Great and West Halls, or contact one of the Organisers who will call them for you.

INFORMATION

For general information, help and assistance regarding the show, please head to the Information Point located in Palm Court.

NO SMOKING

Alexandra Palace operates a No Smoking policy, including e-cigarettes.
