Fetch, the online pet store from Ocado, has launched a nationwide campaign #fetchPetDinners to encourage owners to think a little more about the importance of health and nutrition in their beloved pets’ diets. the campaign aims to educate the nation, offering advice and tips from a team of dedicated vets and nutritionists. according to a survey, almost one third of people in the UK don’t feel confident that they know and understand what their pets’ food contains. One in three feed their pets scraps from the dinner table, while nearly a fifth are serving their furry friends their very own roast dinner. although over half of the nation believe that nutrition and good quality ingredients play a vital part in their pet food choices, they are filling their pets’ bowls with food that is potentially doing more harm than good. for more information on the campaign, which is supported by animal lover and television presenter, Kaye adams, visit www.fetch.co.uk/fetchpetdinners.
