With so many property programmes on television, presenters can go in and out of fashion quickly, but a recent survey by Gocompare. com has asked over 2,000 adults to choose their favourite property show presenter. Topping the list is the BBC’s DIY SOS frontman, Nick Knowles. Following closely in second place is the host of Channel 4’s Grand Designs, Kevin McCloud, and in third place is Phil Spencer of Location, Location, Location, beating his co-host Kirstie Allsopp who finished in fifth place.
