Do we have a case against abusive Evri driver?
Q We’ve brought a complaint against an Evri delivery driver who, shortly before Christmas, refused to wait for us to answer the door. My wife’s in a wheelchair, but despite this the driver threw the parcel over the back fence, refused to pick it up, and proceeded to give her loads of abuse. This driver is now refusing to deliver to us, and is instead returning our parcels to the sender. My emails to Evri’s CEO are being ignored. What should we do now?
