The Brother HL-L2865DW is a single-function black-and-white laser printer wrapped in an unassuming grey box that’s small and light enough to sit on your desk. You can connect to it using a USB cable (not supplied), Wi-Fi or its Ethernet port. There’s not much else to the device, though it has a 250-sheet paper tray; a small display that shows a single line of text; a few buttons that let you access menu options (pictured below); and a handy front-loading second tray for single sheets – useful when printing on thicker card, headed paper or envelopes.
