Schedule group calls in WhatsApp
Type a name and description, set a time and date, then choose video or voice call
The meeting event will appear in your messages – tap the calendar icon to see its details
Members can add the meeting to their calendar, while you can copy a link to the meeting to send to others
In August, WhatsApp added the option to schedule audio and video calls, giving club members time to place them in a calendar so they don’t forget. You can send invites to individuals, or to groups and communities you’ve created. All participants will be notified when the call is about to begin, and during the call you’ll be notified when someone joins.
