Step 1
WORK your cross stitch on the fabric, so that when folded like a book, the design is in the centre of the front flap.
Once the stitching is complete, cut to the same size as your lining.
Step 2
PLACE the aida and the lining fabric right sides together, and stitch around the edge with a 1.25cm (1⁄2in) seam allowance, and leaving a small p on one side for turning.
