You’re only one meal away from a good mood, with these tasty treats put together by plant-based chef, Gemma Ogston. Gemma runs Gem’s Wholesome Kitchen – a plastic-free, vegan food brand based in Brighton, offering meal delivery packages, mood-boosting supper clubs and cooking workshops. After having worked in the mental health sector, and recovering from an eating disorder herself as a teenager, Gemma’s passion is making meals that are good for your mind and body. So, what do plant-based foods have to do with this? Apart from tasting delicious, they contain numerous amino acids and vitamins that can make us feel great by boosting levels of feel-good hormones. Here are three recipes that really do serve up happiness.
