Good for you - from the inside, out

We thought it was about time we put a bit more sex into your healthy. To be honest – you told us you wanted more. We kicked off our sex survey in our May issue and you’ve impressed us with the openness of your responses. I’m guessing/ hoping it’s because you know healthy is a safe place where there’s absolutely no judgement. And, we could relate to everything you told us – with body confidence being a key point here. We write a lot about body confidence in healthy – it’s a complicated and controversial issue, overlapping as it does with feminism and health (plus good old-fashioned product sales). But it seems pretty obvious that if you don’t feel happy and confident in yourself, then you’re not going to be up for sharing that self with another person. For most of us, sex is such a key part of a happy, healthy life – turn to page 31 to find out what you all really think of your sex lives, and get an injection of va-va-voom while you’re there.
