Còisir Ghàidhlig Loch Abar
Almost two weeks ather the closing concert, Còisir Ghàidhlig Loch Abar (Lochaber Gaelic Choir) have had time to look back on another successful Royal National Mòd for the choir, writes Neill Bo Finlayson.
The choir, now in its fourth year, has hit the ground running, having won the Margrat Duncan Choral competition three years running – last year being the most meaningful as the Mòd took place in Lochaber. Not content with their winning streak, the choir felt it was time for a new challenge and so entered the Mòd’s premiere choral competition: the Lovat and Tullibardine Shield.
