A good breakfast is essential for me, so I’ll have something like porridge, banana and honey, or poached eggs on wholemeal toast. For lunch I eat a wholemeal wrap or pitta with tuna or chicken. Dinners are usually slow-cooked casseroles as I can prepare them the night before.
As for snacks, I’m a big fan of peanut Nakd bars and Meridian nut butters (the Cocoa & Hazelnut one is amazing), which I spread on oatcakes. I like indulging in crisps and sweet treats such as chocolate but thankfully running means as I’m able to burn off the extra calories. But obviously I still have to watch what I eat or I’d have to run every day of the week!
