Got a busy life? Time poor? No chance to write? Let me help by telling you about Charles Darwin’s writing day.
Mr Darwin walked a lot. He walked before breakfast then, after he’d eaten, he’d work for an hour and a half. After that he had a break when he’d check his post. By checking it I mean his wife read it to him while he had a lie down. By 10.30 he was back to writing and would continue until mid-day. He’d take a few more walks, then at 4.30 he’d write for another hour and that was it.
