The weather is perfect in spring and autumn, but even during the highs of summer, breezy Malaga doesn’t suffer from the suffocating heat of its big sister Seville.
ROOFTOP BARS
They’re a bit of a thing in Malaga. The one at the AC Hotel Malaga Palacio (marriot.co.uk) is great for views – but don’t fall in the pool; it’s not cool. For a less well-known spot, take the winding back lane to Oasis Backpackers Hostel (oasismalaga.com). The views aren’t as good but it has a great atmosphere and does as good a goldfish bowl G&T as anywhere else in town.
