MAKE AHEAD
Prepare the ribs to the end of step 2 up to 1 day ahead. Cover and store in the fridge until ready to finish.
Remove from the fridge ½ hour before continuing with the recipe.
EASY SWAPS
We used Huy Fong chilli-garlic sauce.
Sriracha or other chilli sauces will work well too.
