Your at-a-glance guide to key Luminar terms
Luminar is a powerful photo-editing program. Inevitably, this level of capability is accompanied by some technical jargon and terms, so while much of this is pretty self-evident and straightforward, some things benefit from a little explaining. Luminar is essentially a two-part program, with its own library window for image organisation and an edit window for working on individual images. They both have features and capabilities that make them a little different to ordinary photo editing programs, but the basic concepts are much the same, so it doesn’t take to long to find your way around.
So here’s a guide to key Luminar tools, features and interface elements, what they mean, and a short description of what they do and when you might use them.
