Dear Ali,
I’m polyamorous and until recently had two main partners who live near me, are my age and work in similar fields. We were all fully open and they also have other partners. Four months ago, I met C who is a lot younger and lives two hours away. We got on well , made each other laugh and it gradually became “a thing”. I broke up with both partners recently, leaving me devastated and lonely. How do I avoid overburdening C, who is the easiest place to go for comfort and support ?
