What was your most memorable first shift at a new job? Whatever it looked like, I’m sure Sarah Shahi’s tops it. The L Word was her first real acting job and on her first day she was told, “Sarah, this is Kate [Moennig]. Kate, this is Sarah. Sarah is gonna be Carmen. This is Shane. And in this scene, Shane’s going to be going down on you.”
