NetEase Games’ foray into the Marvel Cinematic Universe may turn out to be one of the more ambitious hero shooters, at least in the sense that the developer has one hell of a lineup to try to balance. The cast choices, already numbering 25, aren’t making the task any easier either, with gun-toters such as Rocket Raccoon joined by powerhouses such as Hulk and oddball inclusions such as Jeff the Land Shark. Our demo time reinforces that the characters have been drawn and animated in striking style, yet six-on-six battles in small arenas are instantly chaotic. Will the game be big enough to hold so many superheroes?
