There’s something bittersweet about this beautiful portfolio. Comprised almost entirely of images by British fashion photographer Corinne Day, taken on the set of Sofia Coppola’s debut film, it’s all candid, sun-dappled nostalgia. But these unseen portraits of a young Kirsten Dunst and her co-stars are lent an extra dimension of tragedy when you learn that Day died in 2010, aged just 48. A book as sad and beguiling as the film.
