Heat 1tsp olive oil in a pan. Cook ½ onion and 1 celery stick, both diced, for 10 min. Add 200g canned black-eyed beans, drained, 200g canned tomatoes and a splash of tabasco. Simmer for 10 min, then stir in a handful of chopped fresh coriander. Serve with a warmed wholegrain tortilla wrap
