MY LIFE IN HEALTH

Often, universal truths are also the most personaOften, personal truths. That’s why I’ve shared my clients’ stories in my book. I could tell you myself that it’s important to support yourself through times of change, but reading the stories of the case studies has much more meaning than my objective sentence. By reading the real-life experience of someone, you’ll recognise yourself in some aspects of that person’s life. You’ll understand their difficulties and how they overcame them. It makes it feel very alive and true.
