You can still enjoy the foods you love and stay fit and healthy. It’s important for your sanity to have a little bihealthy. bit of what you fancy. I have a sweet tooth and find it hard to go a day without having a bit of chocolate, but I try to stick to a few squares, rather than a whole bar. Whenever there’s cake around, I’ll have a little slice of that, too – especially if it’s chocolate cake! It’s just about having a balance and cooking healthy meals from scratch when you can. Exercise has helped me see food as important fuel my body needs, so I try to ignore diet culture.
