The night before, cover 25g dried apple and 25g prunes with 100ml boiling water and 2tbsp orange juice. Stir in the zest of 1 orange and 1 dried clove. In the morning, warm through in a pan and serve with 150g low-fat greek yogurt and 10g pine nuts

BAKED EGG 280kcal

Put a sun-dried tomato in a ramekin dish sprayed with olive oil. Break 1 egg into the dish and bake for 15 min at 180°C/fan 160°C/gas 4. Serve with 1 slice toasted granary bread and 150ml orange juice
