Peach melba trifles

PREP15 MIN + CHILLINGCOOK10 MINSERVES6

2 x 23g sachets Hartley’s Sugar Free Orange Jelly

10 sponge fingers, broken into pieces

150g raspberries, plus extra to decorate

100g blueberries

2 peaches or nectarines, sliced

325ml skimmed milk

1tbsp caster sugar

1tsp vanilla bean paste or extract

2tbsp custard powder

Fresh mint sprigs and ground cinnamon, to decorate (see tip)
