200g passata

1tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

1 garlic clove, crushed

50g pitted kalamata olives

1tbsp drained baby capers

25g bunch fresh basil, leaves picked

4 x 150g firm skinless white fish fillets

8 fresh thyme sprigs

500g small new potatoes, halved

500g packet frozen mixed vegetables

1 Heat the oven to 200°C/fan 180°C/ gas 6. Mix the passata, oil, garlic, olives and capers in a bowl with half the basil.
