Remember that early taste of high summer in May? The 25°C first bank holiday weekend? (Sorry if it didn’t happen your way.) Well, that good weather got us into summer mode at the office, stripping off our layers and ditching the opaques to reveal the ravages of a brutal winter. There were a few extra bulges and very white ‘mozzarella legs’ all round. Over the winter, I’d exercised less and indulged in a bit too much comfort food, so really needed a health reboot.
