With celebrity clients including Maya Jama, Binky Felstead and Mollie King, Tyrone Brennand is one of London’s most in-demand personal trainers (PTs). But rather than going for complex workouts, his guide to a healthier lifestyle is surprisingly simple.
“Everything in moderation,” he tells us. “And daily walks. Walking is so underrated.”
After transforming his own life through fitness, the father of three is now passing it on, leading a mentorship programme with Reebok, in which he’ll help and guide budding PTs, yoga teachers or health and wellness businesses for a year.
We caught up with Tyrone to find out his celebrity fitness goals, motivational tips and why he wants to spread his knowledge to help others.
How did you get into fitness, Tyrone?
“Growing up, I wasn’t very academic; sports, running – anything physical resonated with me more.
“When I was 16, I was interested in training at the gym, but I followed the wrong crowd and got myself into trouble. Throughout those times, fitness was something I could always turn to, to help me stay strong mentally and physically. It has always played a part in my life.
