It will be a day that goes down in history when KingCharles III is crowned alongside Queen Camilla on 6 May.

The streets of London will be thronged with people hoping to catch a glimpse of his magnificent procession from Westminster Abbey to Buckingham Palace.

And it seems they will be treated to the sight of the three smallest stars of the show – Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis – as well as that of Their Majesties in the Gold State Coach.

According to planning documents seen by The Times, the Prince and Princess of Wales’s three children will play some part in the spectacle after attending the religious ceremony that will see “Grandpa Wales” become the 40th reigning monarch to be crowned at the abbey.
