DES SHIPP'S GUIDE TO THE METHOD
There is no doubt that the Method feeder is one of the most deadly tools on
commercial fisheries. When combined with a short hooklength, it is impossible to miss a bite, with carp, F1s and even big silver fish unable to resist the pile of bait on offer. It is an extremely simple way of fishing but one of the biggest errors that many anglers make is how they actually load the Method feeder. If your pellets or groundbait are placed on the frame in the wrong manner then it will cause all sorts of problems. They may not stick and crumble off or they might fly off in little clumps during the cast. These annoying problems can be ironed out by following a simple process. This month Des reveals his quick and effective way of putting loosefeed on the Method to keep the tip flying round every chuck.
