M&S expands vegan Plant Kitchen range
Plant Kitchen, the beloved plant-based range found at M&S food stores, recently launched a selection of exciting new vegan meals, snacks and desserts. Among them are Not’zzarella Sticks (moreish vegan cheese bites in crispy breadcrumbs with a rich tomato dip) and Vegan Mac Bites (macaroni pasta made with a vegan cheese sauce and coated in crispy breadcrumbs). The first ever desserts on the Plant Kitchen menu are the Chocolate Mousse (a creamy, Belgian chocolate mousse topped with a rich chocolate sauce and hand finished with crunchy cocoa nibs), the Mango, Passionfruit & Coconut Pot (a smooth, tropical coconut panna cotta, topped with mango and passionfruit compote) and the Churros with Dipping Sauce (covered in cinnamon sugar and served with a vegan Belgian chocolate sauce made from coconut and vegan chocolate).
